Upadhyaya Foundation

The Upadhyaya Foundation was born from the lifelong philanthropic efforts of Ajay and Brinda Upadhyaya. For decades, Brinda led Asha for Animals, tirelessly advocating for and uplifting vulnerable creatures. Simultaneously, Ajay was deeply involved in supporting grassroots community initiatives, including a school in his ancestral village—a legacy initiated by his father.

In 2022, their shared vision to create a structured and impactful platform for their philanthropic journey gave rise to the Upadhyaya Foundation. The formal launch in 2024 marked the beginning of a new era of transformative change, providing more meaningful and intentional interventions. Today, the Upadhyaya Foundation stands as a beacon of hope and progress, dedicated to creating a brighter future for all.
